Not as good as it used to be

I used to buy 1 pack a month, and that would last a family of 3. Now the rolls are smaller, and the paper not as thick. switched to a branded make now as it isn't value for money anymore to buy the morrisons brand

Quality gone down the pan!

This paper used to be a good buy but I am thinking of defecting to another brand. Two reasons: The size of the rolls have shrunk in comparison to past purchases and the quality is not as good as it used to be.

Great but were is 9 roll and 4 roll pack

Acceptable -but are too expensive for weekly shop were is 9 Roll and 4 roll option gone? Please bring back- and keep stock of ALL online products we cannot shop if stock is always goning out of stock! Supermarket-not so super!

why the plastic packaging?

Please can you wrap it in paper, Morrisons?

Ok toilet roll.

Toilet roll is soft and nice but I do wish they'd stop delivery ripped packets. Having ocd makes it difficult to use any that have been near a rip and result in waste of toilet roll.
