Cooking Guidelines
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging. Place chicken thigh fillets on a pre-heated baking tray in the centre of the oven.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 12-16 min
Remove all packaging. Pre-heat 1 tablespoon (15ml) of oil in a large frying pan or wok over a medium. Add chicken min thigh fillets to the pan. Fry over a medium to high heat, stirring continuously.

Poorly cut
Very scrappy quite unappealing.
Not as good as they used to be
As mentioned by someone else, these looked nothing like the picture. Way smaller than they used to be and not as good quality meat. I cooked them slow in a korma sauce and they tasted nice but quality and presentation could definitely be better
Poor quality
The thighs look nothing like the picture. Looked like the butcher has hacked them up and all different sizes, sometimes looking like they’ve come from a pigeon. Quality has really deteriorated

These were very fatty and had small pieces of bone in
Absolutely fine
Mine were a good size, fair amount of chicken, not too fatty, no bone, and well in date so no complaints about the state it came in. My issue is mainly the amount of water the thighs had when cooking down, chicken was basically boiling as opposed to frying. It may be fine for curries or grilling. Unlikely to purchase again.
