I tried this product for the first time today and it was very nice. You can get it to the perfect consistency and it makes a very smooth and tasty gravy, I would recommend it.
Doesnt make thick gravy, tastes salty
I thought I'd give this a try, and was pleasantly surprised. I was hoping for something not as overpowering as a beef or lamb based gravy to go with roast pork, and it worked a treat. It has a faint chicken flavour and thus does not overpower the meat, so if your expectations are for something akin to a chicken soup, you may be disappointed. It was not too salty, and as with anything with a thickening agent you just need to work out what is best for you. However, I did find the instructions on the tin gave a slightly too runny gravy for my liking. Easily remedied by adding extra granules until I got the consistency I prefer.
Wasn't keen on this as it was salty and just wouldn't thicken at all. Will stick to the brands for gravy as Morrison's maybe need to bring out a better one maybe under the Best range.
