Cooking Instructions - General. For best results microwave heat from chilled
Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid several times. Place on a microwavable plate. Heat on full power for 6 minutes (Cat E/850W), 7 minutes (Cat D/750W). Peel back film lid, add 2 x 15ml spoons (30ml) of water to the rice, stir both compartments well, re-cover and heat for a further 3 minutes (Cat E/850W), 4 minutes (Cat D/750W). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid and stir well.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid several times. Place on a microwavable plate. Heat on full power for 4 minutes (Cat E/850W), 5 minutes (Cat D/750W). Peel back film lid, stir both compartments well, re-cover and heat for a further 2 minutes (Cat E/850W, Cat D/750W). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid and stir well.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 190°C, 375°F, Gas 5 40 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid several times. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 30 minutes. Peel back film lid, stir both compartments well, re-cover and heat for a further 10 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid and stir well.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 190°C, 375°F, Gas 5 30 min

Spicy and delicious
Really nice ready meal. Actually chicken that taste like chicken not watery mush. Enjoyed this.

Mouldy green rice! YUK!!
Bought this a couple of days ago with the BBE date being tomorrow. Went to cook it and noticed the rice in the corner looked a bluesy-green colour. Pulled the film back to investigate and it was mouldy and smelt disgusting. Ive had many curry/rice ready meals and have NEVER experienced this before! Disgusting! Cut the rice compartment off and just cooked the curry, which was actually really nice.
