Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and that juices run clear and that no pink colour remains. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled.
200°C, 400°F, Gas 6, 35-40 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven turning occasionally.
Safety
Do not wash poultry before cooking. Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw poultry and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly in between use. Wash hands after handling raw meat and poultry. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully.

Very very hard
very hard to cut also to eat. I will not buy this again.

Really tough
Been buying this for ages with no problem until last night. My pack contained two tiny pieces and one huge breast. It was chopped up & cooked for a tandoori tray bake (so had been marinated) but was so tough. Hard to cut & a really unpleasant experience to chew. Dont know where to go with the chicken from Morrisons now as changed to this from the free range pack for the exact same problem.

I think I was delivered Sparrow breast!
The breasts were tiny and to make it worse, had blood and fat that needed to be cut off, hence by the time I had finished there was hardly anything left. Really poor chicken.

woody chicken
For the past few weeks i have been buying these and probably two thirds have been what they call 'woody breasts' ....basically the are chewy and horrible. Nasty!

Used this chicken for a meal the chicken was really salty and was no good will not be buying it again
