Brush your teeth for 2 minutes, twice a day using a fluoride toothpaste. Dentists recommend you change your toothbrush every three months and that interdental brushing and flossing should form a part of your daily oral care regime. the best toothpaste I've used so far
I have used different toothpaste even expensive ones to remove stain from my teeth only this one has done the job. I am really pleased with it

Excellent
Really pleased with this toothpaste. Ive only used this 4 times and my teeth are noticeably whiter. This will be on my shopping list every week now!
