I would hazard a guess that it's probably been picked too early - bright green, very thin, bitter tasting, stringy sticks. A waste of money, wont be ordering online again and cannot recommend.
Up until now, the celery has been really good. However, the last one was full of soil and the bottom 2 inches were soggy. I'll give it miss from now on.
