Wash before use
Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Remove all packaging. Wash thoroughly before use.; Microwave - From Ambient. Place into a non-metallic container. Add 30ml of water, cover loosely and cook on full power for 6 minutes (Cat B/650W), 2 1/2 minutes (Cat E/850W) until tender. Leave to stand for 1 minute. Serve and enjoy.; Steam - From Ambient. Place in a steamer over boiling water. Cook for 5-6 minutes until tender. Serve and enjoy.

Could you spare it, Morrisons?!
Celeriac arrived as part of an online order, description states 900g the pitiful veg I recieved was barely the size of an orange and weighed a measly 499g - don't appreciate being conned in this way...wonder how many people fall for this cheap trick, shame on you Morrisons!

Roast it
I m sure it's fine cooked in a microwave or steamer but why when you can roast it with other root veg. Love it.

Erratic
The celeriac is fine, the problem is it is never available, so it is not really worth ordering it. I have been trying for four weeks now...

First time I’ve bought one, cut into it and it was rotting on the inside. So I’ve still not tried celeriac...
