Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.; Hob - From Frozen. 5-6 min
Add 400g of frozen vegetables in boiling water. Bring back to the boil, cover and simmer as shown or until tender. Drain and serve.; Microwave - From Frozen. Cat E 850w 6 min, Cat D 750w 6 min 30 sec
Place 80g of frozen cauliflower florets in a microwavable bowl and add 1 tablespoon of water. Cover and heat as shown, stir halfway. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.; Steam - From Frozen. 8 min
Bring steamer to the boil and add 240g of cauliflower florets. Steam as shown or until tender. Top up water as necessary, do not allow the steamer to boil dry.

absolute rubbish
Don't waste your money on this! A bag full of bits of cauliflower no bigger than my thumbnail, it all went in the bin

Shockingly Poor!
Not a single floret in the entire bag, only small bits and crumbs of cauliflower. Shocking quality! May suit if you enjoy cauliflower puree but that's about all. I wish I could say this was a one-off, but it's been every bag I've bought. Ruins a good dinner, will not buy again.
