Had these for the extra source of calcium after hitting a certain age. Also a good source of VitD. Much cheaper than other brands. It does say take two a day for 100% of daily recommended intake. Taste chalky, obviously, but also pleasantly minty.
I had low vitamin d while taking this product, after finding out I checked the nhs website and this vitamin only contains half of the required daily vitamin d while stating 100%RI. Very misleading .
