Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the sausagemeat is piping hot throughout before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and that no pink colour remains. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled.
Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/Gas mark 6. Remove all packaging. Place sausage meat on a greased baking tray, on the middle shelf of the oven for 40-45 minutes. For fan assisted ovens reduce cooking temperature by 20°C.

No substance and poor flavour
Bought for home made sausage rolls. The product had no texture- just a gluttonous mass squeezed out of the plastic. The taste was at best unusual, whether it was one of the additional ingredients, we shall never know. Sadly, because of this overpowering flavour in the sausage meat, a usually consumed batch of 12 was unfortunately, in the majority, thrown away - and I genuinely hate throwing any food away!

Very good product 5 stars
use it several times a year ,i just add basic sage & onion stuffing,breadcrumbs & sauté onions either make into balls or add to an ovenproof dish,very nice if added to lamb breasts.
