Cooking Guidelines
Remove all packaging. Pre-heat the pan on a high heat, once hot, reduce to a medium heat and carefully place the mince in the pan for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Regular purchase, versatile protein
This turkey mince is decent and good value as part of the 3 for 10 deal, regularly buy it.
smell
I couldn't use it. Meat smells like old fat. definitely has nothing to do with fresh meat.

makes great turkey burgers, just add whatever seasoning you like prior to cooking
Sadly not pleasant
Made chilli with this mince, the taste & texture were good, but sadly it was full of tiny pieces of bone which was very off putting & most of it was wasted.

Trying to reduce my cholesterol so changed to this rather than beef mince. Used for chilli and Spag bol and really pleased with the result

ordering this product once every 2 weeks. good quality, not watery and tasty. Advice: if you make burgers like I do, do not overcook the meat if you want it juicy and tender.
