Remove from packaging and place the steaks under a pre-heated medium-heat grill, turning halfway through cooking.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 1 hour 20 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging and heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Sear the steaks for 1 to 2 minutes turning frequently. Place in a casserole or oven dish, cover with stock and gently cook.

i brought these on the recommendations of previous reviews. They are good, very very good! i like my meat well well cooked and these are perfect! overcook them and they become pulled pork, very nice
Delicious
Really meaty and taste so good. Think low and slow and cooks them to perfection.
makes awesome stir fry
Slice into thin strips. Rub in your favorite spices. Add a teaspoon of honey or sweetener. Stir fry in a little oil. When cooked put to one side. Prepare your stir fry veg and add pork back at the end. Serve with rice or noodles. Yum!

Disappointed at how thin they are but still full of flavour
