Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled.; Grill - From Chilled. Remove from packaging and place the steak under a pre-heated medium heat for 15-20 minutes turning frequently. Thoroughly cook until no pink meat is visible. Serve and enjoy.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat oven to 170ºC/325ºF/Gas Mark 4/160ºC fan assisted. Season the meat. In a pan, heat a little oil and brown the meat over a high heat. Place in an ovenproof dish cover with stock and add seasonal vegetables. Cover with foil and cook in the oven for 2 hours 30 minutes-3 hours.

Must slow cook
This was absolutely delicious it was so tender. I fried it to give the meat a little colour then put it in a oven dish with onions and stock covered and placed in the oven 160c for 3 hours. We were well impressed :)

Tender, tasty, thumbs up from me!
I only ever cook my meat in roasting bags now, as Im fed up of tough chops/joints etc. I have to have my meat cooked thoroughly because of ibs, so non of this pink or rare rubbish, I like it so you can just pull it apart with a fork. This meat was beautiful, put it in a roasting bag with onion and herbs, salt, slow cook till tender, ignore the cooking instructions on the packet, theyre always rubbish, then make the gravy out of the juices and onions, served with a big dollop of buttery mashed potato and veg. Even my elderly mum whose got a sore mouth can eat it without her dentures in. will buy again.

value for money
so put the entire pack in my pirex tray, add 600m of water, sprinkled 3 table spoons of granulated gravey, large chopped onion in a ring shapes, some fresh rosemary. and cooked in the oven for 2 hours. I was very tender in the gravey juice. served with broccoli and asparagus as part of my keto diet.

The best pork steaks
The best steaks for bbq or baked in oven. I would highly recommend them to anyone who enjoys juicy steaks. It's a shame that Morrisons took them off from their 3 for £9 offer.
