Cooking Guidelines
Pre-heat pan on a high heat and add 2 teaspoons of oil. Fry mince until brown for 2 minutes, add a little water or stock and simmer for 10 minutes. Then follow the recipe of your choice.

Mince
This mince has changed from how it was previously...it looks different , more clumpy and not the lines of minced beef like normal ....but it was actually much finer mince once cooked .. more like frozen mince goes ..it was ok though ..
Very Very Wet
So wet that the unnecessary piece of paper in the bottom of the pack had amalgamated into the mince. After less than five minutes browning the mince was just drowning in water and spitting fat everywhere, leaving a final weight of just 320g.
No Rapeseed oil!!
I am buying this because it's natural and not the garbage burgers where they add unhealthy vegetable oils!!
Goes off before use by date
If you're planning to use it on day of purchase you should be OK but don't expect it to smell nice on the use by date.
Price!
Ok quality for the price before a 60p increase, now far too expensive for this standard of mince.
