Cooking Guidelines
Hob - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled.
Not suitable for microwave cooking or cooking from frozen.
Remove from packaging and gently fry the meat in a tablespoon of oil over a medium heat until browned. Add your desired stock or sauce and vegetables. Cover and gently cook on a rolling simmer stirring occasionally for 2-3 hours. Serve and enjoy.

take note of reviews!
I wish I had taken note of the reviews. I normally buy shin or brisket. Tried this for a change..... 3 packets....all poor quality. Cooked a beef rendang.... 3 hrs slow cook. Still tough pieces of meat with little flavour.

Lovely
Perplexed over other poor reviews as I found this excellent. No fat or gristle at all. Tender and perfectly sized chunks. Used in Morrisons Beef and Ale stew so very tasty.

Underweight
I weighed the diced beef without any packaging and was underweight by 40grams. Charged for 300grams. Phoned Customer Service and they have refunded me over that product. Not impressed with being misold. Next time Trading Standards.

cooked this in slow cooker all day and when it came to eat it,it was chewy,gristly just awful
