Great product.Proper Buttermilk.

This is most defintley buttermilk. Great to use in baking, particulary scones. Also perfect to marinade chicken and pork in as it tenderises and adds flavour. Proper buttermilk is becoming more difficult to find so very pleased Morrisons stock.

don't waste money it's just yoghurt in water

buttermilk is simply water and yoghurt. don't waste money on this. just mix natural yoghurt with water

Good Buttermilk

This makes the best scones I have ever made. Light, soft from the buttermilk and a great flavour. The acidity in it enables the use of Bicarb of Soda instead of Baking Powder too.

This buttermilk is lovely. I use it to marinade chicken thighs. They come out so tasty. This is a regular on my shopping list.

Best buttermilk around for drinking

I have one of these a day as it is full of good bacteria which are good for the stomach and digestion. This make is vastly superior to others if you want it as a drink. Just wish the on-line pickers packed more sensibly as they often arrive damaged.

Started using this in my pancakes instead of milk, makes great pancakes. Will keep buying.
