falls apart
this is perfect for pies stews ect it falls apart and tastes delicious.
Excellent for slow cooking
I use this for slow cooked beef stroganoff and its excellent quality. Would highly recommend!
affordable
Cooks beautiful in slo cooker.
Disappointed
I made a beef and ale stew using this. Slow cooked it 9.30 - 19.00 expecting it to fall apart. It was so chewy I gave the rest of it to next doors dog. Awful.
Very good but much less than 350 g
This meat was very good for a casserole. My only quibble was that one of my 3 packs was only 260 gms and another only 300 gms. As I wanted 1Kg of meat I was left a little short. I realise the weights are only approximate but 260 gms is a long way under. I would still buy again as the meat was great.
