Cooking Guidelines
Pre-heat pan on a high heat and add 2 teaspoons of oil. Fry mince until brown for 2 minutes, add a little water or stock and simmer for 10 minutes. Then follow the recipe of your choice.

It was off
Received the item at night and after less than 24h in my refrigerator, beef turned dark. It was very off and with a bad smell. Binned it. First time having problems with Morrisons, but since I ordered 3 packs of it, it was a huge amount going in the bin!
Two day use by date
What is it with Morrison's continually providing mince that only has two days of life in it? Delivered on the 13th and a use by date of 15th. Getting silly, especially for the cost!
underweight
Had this mince for years and the quality is excellent but having bought 2 packs which should give 1.5Kg of meat there was only 1.38Kg when removed from packaging
Phew smells awful.
Has a real strong farmyard smell like it's been fed on old sheep, cows and horses, thew it away after hitting the hot pan it smelt the kitchen out, tried 3 lots and all the same.

I order this most weeks, its good quality and a decent price. Ideal for dividing up and freezing.
