Awful, inedible
I could not believe how tough this was. It had a membrane running right through it which made it completely inedible unless you're a dog.

What happened
Usually top notch but last joint was fatty and had a thick line of gristle . Part of the joint looked very unappetising and quite frankly I was reluctant to eat it

Topside?
If Topside, truly shocking. If it was labelled Silverside, its what Id expect.

So tender could cut it with a butter knife
We cooked this over night. Simply took it out of fridge, seasoned it and wrapped in foil. When we took it out of oven the next morning it was so tender we could cut through it with a butter knife. The texture and taste were exceptional. And it was half price. Loads left over an absolute bargain.

watery cardboard
Is this factory farmed? Tastless and watery beef. I'll stick to Aldi produce next week better flavour and not full of water. Not recommended.
