No apple
Looking for to the apple strudel today and there was little to no apple in it at all. Very disappointed
Two deserts
Lovely pastry we brush with egg bake a bit longer lovely and crispy plenty of filling good thing you get two what’s not to like
Has great potential but needs work
Amazingly provided you cook it differently. Put portions in your fridge and allow to defreeze. Grease parchment paper liberally with lard. Preheat oven to 220. Place portion on greased parchment paper and sprinkle with two tsp granulated sugar. Place in oven for 44 mins. Turn half way through. Allow to sit for 15 minutes when cooked. Eat.
Cook for longer
The filling was fine but the pastry itself could have done with longer cooking. I like my pastry puffed up and crispy.
a delicious bargain
My wife and me think its Absolutely delicious and for a pound its a steal ..try it yummy
Exceeded our expectations
This was lovely. Flaky pastry, plenty of filling and not too sweet. Will be a regular.
