Not good.
You have to a good hour before you take them or after you take them as it will cause you to vomit.

Huge tablets
I've always had trouble swallowing tablets. I can do it, but it can take me a while and I still don't like it. Other than that they're a standard A-Z multivitamin and do the job.

Very well formulated
Although they seem large they slide down fine. The only other supplements I need are more Vitamin D and Saxa So Lo for Potassium

Horse pills
These pills are huge! I bought these as I ran out of my usual multi vitamins, but these pills are at least twice the size of my other ones. I would imagine, these are quite difficult for people to swallow.

Bought these as multi vitamins as said in the heading but when got the it say on the packet multi vitamin and mineral not wot I wanted

too hard to swallow
these are too big for people that have trouble swallowing tablets these will be difficult.
