Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Cook times below based on the power output of the air fryer. Cook times may vary in different models. Adjust cooking time accordingly.

1700W 12mins
1400W 16mins
Place the fries in the basket. Shake half way through cooking. Cook until they're lovely and crisp.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Preheat the oven to 220°C/210°C Fan/Gas Mark 7. Spread a single layer of fries onto a baking tray and pop it into the top of the oven. Bake for 17-20 minutes, turning them every now and again, until they're lovely and crisp.
The natural sugars in sweet potato may cause your fries to darken during cooking.

Contain SUNFLOWER OIL
Sunflower oil is high in inflammatory omega 6, which is what we need to reduce for the sake of our health.

hit and miss
Ive bought a few bags of these now. Sometimes they are soggy and feel undercooked and sometimes they are perfect. It all seems to depend on the bag because theyre all cooked the same way. But when they are good, they are just as good as restaurant quality.

Too much oil. Far from good. Wont buy them again. Taste was terrible. Threw them away after eating a few.

20 minutes in a tefal actifry they are fantastic,crispy on the outside moist on the inside will definitely buy again
