Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Frozen. Here's how to cook 500g of McCain Skin On Fries.
If cooking a different amount, adjust the cooking time accordingly. To get the best results cook from frozen, our instructions are guidelines only. For the most delicious results, do not overcook!
Preheat the oven to 230°C/220°C Fan/Gas Mark 8.
Spread a single layer of fries onto a baking tray and pop it into the top of the oven. Bake for 15-18 minutes, turning them every now and again, until they're lovely, crisp and light golden.

My whole family love these skins on fries its well worth paying a little more to get better chips

lovely
I always find it hard to find fries that dont burn and arent soggy - these are the best ones ive tried so far for oven cooking. Crispy but not too hard and they dont go soggy, finally!

really nice
These are a cross between a chip and fries. They are thicker than normal fries and crisp really nice in the oven. I will definitely buy again
