Pierce film lid several times. Place container onto a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven 190°C/375°F/ Gas Mark 5 for 20-25 minutes. Stir and serve.

Wonderful and easy to cook

I love it. If you need soft meal it is perfect choice. I eat it with butter or with smoked salmon on low carbs diet. Easy to cook, easy to store.
