Not smashing

I have to agree with other recent reviewers, that the 'chips' (various shapes and sizes) feel and taste like they started off as a shaped & formed mash potato block which has been battered before the factory cooking / steaming. all though crispy on the outside, they were too soft for me.

Repeat purchaser! Great flavour and evenly sized

Dont expect thick batter, but they are crispy and tasty. Dont make the mistake I made the first time by crowding them too closely together on the tray - it stopped the thickest ones cooking fully. They definitely benefit from being turned half-way through. Delicious and I buy these regularly now.

Crispy and Fluffy

I bought these in a flash sale to try and found them to be very tasty and crispy. I served them to the grandchildren and my husband who all ate them. I saw the previous comments and therefore baked them a little longer and they came out lovely.

Changed

When I originally bought this they were delicious and had the consistency of proper chips. Recently they seem yo have changed consistency and now seem to have the consistency of shaped lumps of mashed potato coated in batter. I may be wrong but that is my opinion as the last few purchases have been crispy batter but soggy centre.

Hit and miss

Bought these and loved them months ago, the recent purchases however have been awful most of them are black and been thrown away
