Cooking Guidelines
Remove all packaging. Season flour with salt and pepper, dip liver in the seasoned flour. Fry the slices of liver on a medium heat lightly and quickly in a little oil until browned on both sides, without hardening them or over cooking them, cook for 2-5 minutes depending on thickness.

small pieces
First time I ordered pieces were good size, second time very small pieces which was disappointing.. I've ordered again if they are tiny won't be ordering again a third time. shame coz the liver is nice and tender.
real slices now
Yes this used to be scrappy little bits but my last two purchases have been very good decent slices. Thank you for at last giving us proper slices. I will buy every week now
lambs liver
This product is very poor. Nothing but postage stamp sized pieces with grisle or narrow edge pieces. As though the butcher swept all left over bits into pack. One star maximum, but two appeared.
Destroyed buy the butcher!
Why do they feel the need to chop this liver into such mismatched tiny pieces? One pack in particular weighed 302 grams and I counted the pieces.......38! Changed dinner plans and gave it to the Dag!
Makes A Nice Traditional Meal
The picture quite clearly shows a pile of pieces of liver. They are mostly long thick pieces of similar size to enable even cooking times, although there are some inevitable odd bits included. This is not a whole liver, who would want one?
Tastes nice BUT..
It tastes as expected, but don't expect a piece of liver, it is in small slices mostly, if you look closely at the photo you can actually see it isn't one piece, buyer beware.
