Wiltshire ham.

The ham was moist, easily cut into mouth-sized pieces, a slightly salty quality.. Better than foods in a general sense. As of a few years back?

Was great but something changed

This was the best ham until something changed. What was the best quality, freshest tasting ham, has lately turned to resemble cheaper cuts of ham. I'm not sure what changed but would really appreciate the change back to it's original texture and taste.
