Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and that no pink colour remains. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled.
Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 1 hour
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve and film, place turkey in its foil tray on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Remove from oven, cover with foil and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before carving.
Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Joint seems to have gone really small this year.
Nice tasting turkey joint but although it's still 600g I looked tiny this year.

Turkey breast joint
Totally ruined by the intense flavour of the pepper. Unnecessary addition in the first place.

Easy cook \- good flavour
Bought 3 of these to feed 7 on Easter Sunday. Cooked really well - great flavour. More than enough for 7 (all big eaters) with enough leftover to have with bubble and squeak on Monday. Have ordered another one to keep in the freezer.

This was a great purchase from Morrisons - can’t believe just how tender and juicy this turkey breast was - a definite favourite of ours

excellent for the price.
Very tasty little joint, enough for a Sunday roast for two people, with a little left over to treat the doggie.
