Great liquid seasoning. I use this in everything! Really good in cottage pies, meatball sauce and gravy.

Excellent and unique

But don't get the big bottle and use large amounts, as if soy. That does not work.

Worthwhile

As I have a soya allergy i am delighted to have found a replacement for the soy sauce, mushroom sauce & other flavourings which have soya but add so much richness & flavour to food. At last a soya free replacement which is just as good. I use this in stir fry’s & as others have said, adds depth to dishes.
