Cooking Instructions - General. For best results oven cook from chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking from frozen.

When removing film lid after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape. During heating, the packaging may become flexible. Leave on a plate/baking tray at all times during the reheating process. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Packaging will regain strength on standing.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 5 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 6 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas mark 6. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 30-35 minutes. Allow to stand for 3 minutes before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas mark 6. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 25-30 minutes. Allow to stand for 3 minutes before serving.
