How to serve
Place shredded duck in the centre of pancake, add hoisin sauce, roll the pancake and enjoy. Why not add cucumber and spring onions (not included) to your pancakes or added crunch?

Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled. Do not heat hoisin sauce.

Duck/pancakes: Remove duck tray from sleeve. Remove hoisin sauce and pancakes from tray. Place duck tray in the microwave. Heat on full power for 30 seconds (Cat E/850W), 35 seconds (Cat D/750W). Place pancakes in tray. Heat on full power for 20 seconds (Cat E/850W, Cat D/750W).; Oven cook - From Chilled. 200ºC, 400ºF, Gas 6 10 min
Duck: Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove duck tray from sleeve. Remove film, hoisin sauce and pancakes from tray. Place duck tray on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Steam or microwave the pancakes.; Steam - From Chilled. 3-4 min
Pancakes: Removes pancakes from bag. Place in a steamer or on a plate, cover with foil. Steam over a pan of simmering water.

Awful
I put this straight in the bin. I found plastic in the duck and there was alot of fatty bits so didnt even waste my time.

great quality, especially for the price!
Really quite pleased with this, especially for the price. Have been craving crispy aromatic duck for ages, but it's so expensive from a restaurant or takeaway, so I rarely order it. While this isn't AMAZING, for a little over £2, this hit the spot and actually tasted really good.
