1. Brown 400g of lean beef mince in a sauce pan until juices run clear.
2. Add the sauce and simmer gently for 10-15mins stirring often.
3. Spoon over hot cooked Spaghetti ot Tagliatelle.
Please ensure food is fully cooked and piping hot throughout before serving.

Very tasty

Good quality sauce. I like making my own but on busy days a jar is a convenient option. This one has great flavour and tastes more authentic than many others. Good size too.

Saves time

This saves so much time when making bolognese - just add meat and you're ready to go. The sauce is even nice by itself on pasta. The jar serves the whole family easily.

Flavour has changed

I have always used Loyds Grossman and the flavor used to be nice and tasty. The last 5 times I have purchased it there has been a big difference in flavor. I know it's not my taste buds as everyone else in the family has said the same. This tastes watered down and lacks flavor. Even the extra garlic one is the same as the curry sauces. I will not be buying Grossman again. I am sure Lloyds Grossman has cut back on ingredients or watered it down.

Quick and tasty

I usually make my own bolognese but it takes a long time and lots of ingredients so when I got the opportunity to try this I was curious to see how it compared. It was very easy to prepare and being a glass jar it was easy to rinse out and pop into the recycling, so good for the environment. The sauce is nice and chunky and there is a generous amount for the whole family. We all liked the taste and agreed that it is a good cupboard staple for a quick weekday meal, even if we would still prefer home-made given enough time. This product was bought as part of a promotion.
