BBQ Pizza - 10-12" ready pizza base (or home-made!) - 1/4 jar of Loyd Grossman BBQ Pizza sauce (per pizza base) - 75g of pre-grated mozzarella - Top with peppers, red onion and cooked chicken (optional) - Fresh parsley leaves to garnish (optional)
1. Spread your pizza base with 1/4 jar of pizza sauce and sprinkle on mozzarella. Top with peppers, red onion and cooked chicken (optional). 2. Place onto tray or pizza stone in a pre-heated oven 180°C fan (or follow pizza base on-pack instructions) and bake for 8-10 mins until cheese is bubbling. Please ensure your pizza is fully cooked and piping hot before serving. 3. If you like, garnish with parsley and enjoy!

Very simple too use and great addition to a family pizza, me and my son enjoyed using this to create our own Hey Duggee face shaped pizza's. The flavour is more subtle in it's BBQ flavour and still has a strong tomato base flavour. I did find the sauce to be slightly runny and made the dough a little soggy when cooked for the recommended time but cooked for a few minutes longer and was a much better consistency
My dad and i prefer a bbq base pizza so this was ideal when we made our own fakeaway pizzas. Very tasty and went well with mozzarella cheese, chicken, mushrooms and red onion
