Surprisingly good!
I love this crumbled up in a mixed salad. I hate cottage cheese but this works perfect in salads as a healthier alternative to feta.
only keeps a couple of days after opening
I really like this curd cheese, it's all cheese and no liquid, a great choice if you want low fat. However, as it says in the small print, it's supposed to be eaten within 24 hours of opening, so doesn't stay fresh as long as other cottage cheeses.
Great source of protein
I like this curd cheese very much, esp with natural yogurt on top with some sweetener like Stevia, because I am on diet and I avoid too much fat, this curd cheese is perfect. Sadly, it expires quickly that's why I don't buy more then 3 items in a row. But it has convenient cover, if you want to eat only half of the pack.

Healty and tasty. It's so versatile, sometimes we'll have it with fruit in pancakes, with rice or paste, with honey on toast, sometimes savoury with radish and spring onions, equally good with smoked mackerel. Cheesecakes, pastries, you name it.
Nice fresh cheese
This is very typical Polish cheese, mild flavour similar to cottage cheese. Typically used in Polish cheesecake or just use as you would cottage cheese. Nice and good value.
