Hello, I'm Lizi Shaw
I have developed this product for the entire family, not just the body builders. Protein is necessary for growing youngsters as well as for the elderly who need to protect themselves from muscle loss. A single 50g serving will give you 27% of your daily protein needs, but it still has the top-quality taste and texture which made Lizi's famous.
I have only used vegetable protein, mainly from GM-free soya so that like all my granolas this is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Really nice
Lovely nutty taste and good texture

smells like paint
Horrible taste but with the high protein count I was willing to forge ahead in the name of health. However the smell of paint in the bag and bowl, even with additional fruit, plus the price have put me off forever. Disgusting.

not the nicest
worst tasting granola ive personally ever had. 3 bowl fulls maximum out of the whole bag and it is very expensive. only good thing is the protein count.

Good value high protein granola
I've looked for a decent high protein count granola for some time and this comes out on top. It's not the highest, but not far off, protein count but does also have the lowest sugar count which is far better! Tastes good and can easily be mixed with milk, fruit or other preference. Decent price despite other comments especially when on offer.
