No Texture!
Strange texture, there was none. Once cooked it just crumbled. Not having eaten ostrich before I can only only say on this occasion the actual taste was very nice, but not when made into a 'burger'

Liked the texture and flavour and very easy to cook.
Im never going to be a vegetarian.
Firstly , I dont eat a lot of meat . A bacon sandwich or a Sunday roast is about my limit . I do enjoy the occasional burger and normally a great deal of fat comes out of a fried beef burger. These burgers take only 4 to 5 minutes to cook , they release no discernible fat and as they contain some herbs and spices they have an excellent taste . They are just the right size for a large burger bun . I will be buying again .
Tasty burgers
One star off because these are a bit pricey for two burgers, but the burgers themselves are good - tasty meat, very tender, good texture. Ostrich meat is a very healthy meat too. Great for a change, served with a homemade coleslaw of red cabbage, apple, carrot and sunflower seeds, and some skinny chips. I will probably only buy when on offer though.
