Wonderful

I usually buy M's the best dark chocolate but bought thisin for a recipe. Well they say you get what you pay for and this is a case in point. I had tasted white chocolate before when my children were youngsters and was never impressed. Try a bar of this and just let a piece melt in your mouth. It's couverture quality which is the standard for professional chefs to get that fine snap on their high class finishes. Let the strong outside start to melt and find your way through to the soft creamy contents and you may find yourself liking white chocolate even if you thought you never would. Top top quality.
