Vinification Details
Les raisins blancs sont récoltés lorsque la maturité est optimale. La date de vendange est définie grâce à des analyses et des dégustations de baies. À l'arrivée au chai, les raisins sont pressés grâce à un pressoir pneumatique. Après débourbage, le moût fermente en cuves thermorégulées. À la fin de la fermentation alcoolique, le vin est conservé en cuves inox jusqu'à la mise en bouteilles.

Pleasant dry white wine

Easy drinking wine from the south of France. Good as aperitif, with main course or cheese.
