Storage
Keep refrigerated at +4-6°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and consume within one month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and consume on the same day. Once defrosted do not re-freeze.
Preparation and Usage
- Sometimes fresh tortelloni can stick together a bit. If this happens, don't pull them apart - they should separate naturally while cooking.
- To make a silky sauce keep back a splash of the pasta water and mix with some melted butter.
- Add your own touch, as simple as a scattering of Parmesan, a trickle of olive oil or sauté a few of your favourite veggies.

Cooking Guidelines
1. Gently boil lots of fresh water in a big pan.
2. Empty the pasta into the pan. Once the water reaches a simmer, cook your pasta for 2 minutes, no longer, then drain gently.

best one Ive tried
Ive tried lots of these filled pastas. This is the only one that tastes of anything. Good texture to the meat and they are a bit bigger and more filled than others. Just wish the portion was bigger.
Chunky Texture
You get some texture in these which I enjoyed. Good flavour. Personally I eat one pack myself with some dried herbs and chilli flakes and really enjoy it. As others sauce, even if you add sauces and sides, you probably wouldn't get two filling portions per pack.
Very tasty
Lovely well filled tasty pasta. I served it with a carbonara pasta sauce, but it would be equally nice served with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkling of parmesan cheese. Will definitely buy again
So tasty!
We had this tortellini last night for a quick, easy dinner. The tortellini is cooked in 2 minutes- you cant get faster food than that! It was really delicious- loads of flavour. Id agree with a previous reviewer re pack size. You definitely need three packs to serve a family of four (my children are 13 and 10). May be enough for families with younger children. Id recommend trying it was Morrisons The Best tomato and mascarpone pasta sauce.

I was pleasantly surprised with this product. it was tasty, cooked well and value for money. I have now added the other flavours to try out. I kept it simple, eaten with some butter, chilli flakes and cheese and used the pasta water to loosen it up. I would definitely recommend this product. Great addition Morrisons!
Amazing!
The flavours are really intense. Superior to any other brands I've tried. Slightly more expensive and less in the packs but when it's comparable to restaurant quality it seems a bargain. Required 3 packs to feed 2 adults and 2 children, I think pasta serving suggestions are slightly tight!
