1. Gently boil lots of fresh water in a big pan.
2. Empty the pasta into the pan. Once the water reaches a simmer, cook your pasta for 2 minutes, no longer, then drain gently.
3. Our pasta is ready to serve. Buon appetito!

- Sometimes fresh tortelloni can stick together a bit. If this happens, don't pull them apart - they should separate naturally while cooking.
- To make a silky sauce keep back a splash of the pasta water and mix with some melted butter.
- Add your own touch, as simple as a scattering of Parmesan, a trickle of olive oil or sauté a few of your favourite veggies.

1. Gently boil lots of fresh water in a big pan.
2. Add a pinch of salt and carefully add your pasta.
3. Cook for 2 minutes, no longer, then drain gently.
4. Serve with a trickle of olive oil - or a spot of melted butter - and a scattering of parmesan. Enjoy!

Small portion and parculiar taste
This is the second of this range I've tried. In both cases there wasn't enough for 2 portions and this flavour had a sickly fatty taste to it. I'll stick to Morissons own brand in future (you get more for your money and they taste nicer)

Tasteless
Unfortunately we found these to be tasteless lumps of pasta, we really expected more. A major disappointment indeed.

chewy lumps!!!
I've tried them all and both this one and the beef one have unpalatable large chewy lumps inside the filling. Yuck! Won't be buying these two variants again. But the others are nice from this brand.
