1. Gently boil lots of fresh water in a big pan.
2. Empty the pasta into the pan. Once the water reaches a simmer, cook your pasta for 2 minutes, no longer, then drain gently.
3. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil, tossed in some melted butter or with grated cheese. Buon appetito!
Top tip: Sometimes fresh tortelloni can stick together a bit. If this happens, don't pull them apart- they should separate naturally while cooking.

Delicious
My children were a bit dubious as these have aubergine in them but I was really pleased they tried them and both children said they were delicious.

Amazing Taste
These are delicious. Generous filling and really nice pasta too. Cook for 2 minutes (not a second more) then grate a bit of cheese over and theyre readyZ

Delicious fresh pasta simply perfect!
Love this pasta! I am Italian and I think this is the best fresh pasta on the market ! Fresh, lovely taste and skilfully prepared and sealed, this pasta represent the richness of Italy in one morsel!

Taste Amazing
I've tried them all and they are all nice, although this one has to be my fave! Taste amazing with a small amount of grated cheese on top and really fills you up, can easily feed 2 adults or 3 little ones with one packet. Will be buying more as long as it's on the 3 for £6 deal.
