Preparation and Usage
Step 1 - Before Colouring: Remember to be colour safe and always do your patch test 48 hours before use, even if you have already used colouring products before. Please follow the instruction leaflet and read the safety information.
Step 2 - Prep: Cover your shoulders with a towel and put on the gloves. Pour lightening powder into developer cream. Close with the applicator cap and shake to combine mixture. Remove cap and add the lightening cream to the mix. Replace the cap and shake again. Twist off the applicator tip immediately to avoid bursting and damage from the product overflowing.
Step 3 - Apply Colour: Refer to instructions for application based on desired result. Use care routine as instructed for best results.

Worked really well
First time using this and was actually impressed. From a dark box dye it lifted really well. It had orange tones but considering this was a box dye trying to remove a darker box dye(from a few months back) I’d say it was a fab result. My hair was slightly dry after however I’ve been bleaching/multi colouring my hair for many year. I actually prefer it to the salon bleach as it was far less damaged and lifted to a really nice blonde on the first application. Definitely using it again to remove the rest and make my hair much lighter again

Something must have changed..
I have used this product since it first came out, with white results on my medium brown hair. Since packaging has had this "New" statement on the box I now at best achieve a caramel colour. I used this product today to touch up my roots and it has even added a yellow tinge to the hair that was previously white from the last bleach! I'm very experienced in hair colouring and always ensure my hair is at the best condition to get the most vibrant results. I do not use any hair sprays, dry shampoos, heating or styling products so I am shocked to find something that is supposed to lift 8 levels to be so dull.
