skin flaky and red

this cream made my skin flaky dry red and sore, i.v never had sensitive skin, wont be using again i threw it out

Has wrecked my skin - do not buy

I cannot recommend.My skin is not sensitive but this range - both day and night cream - caused very bad reactions and are not nearly hydrating enough for a 55 plus age product. My skin was sore, sensitised and covered with dry, red, sore patches that have taken weeks to get rid of. I have spent a fortune on other products to try to calm it down. It has taken 10 weeks and numerous calls to get L'ORÉAL to reimburse me and even then it would only recompense me for one set of day/night products as their policy (I had bought 3 as they were on offer and I've not had any problems with L'Oreal products before). Morrisons refunded me immediately for the other two sets without a quibble. Poor products and customer service from L'Oreal and it needs to do much better. I won't be buying any L'ORÉAL product in future because of their customer service.
