the whole range just works
Unlike other reviewers I've never had a problem with greasiness or straw like hair. it leaves my long, colour damaged hair looking and feeling soft and healthy (and it's really not healthy!!) I've been using the entire range for awhile now and have bought several bottles of all of them, and I don't plan to stop. I'm not keen on L'Oréal as a brand, but they've really nailed the formulation in this range.

Very disappointing
I'm not as lucky as the previous reviewer. I've used it twice and both the times, my hair at the ends was left frizzy and straw like and my scalp itchy and a bit greasy. I used the shampoo and conditioner, and bought the large size so am left with 2 large bottles that will end up going in the bin.

Great for my hair
I'm not normally loyal to a particular brand of shampoo. I find them much of a muchness. But I have to admit, this shampoo really does make my hair feel cared for. I've been using it with the matching conditioner and I'm so pleased with how soft my hair feels, and how healthy it looks. It's definitely made a difference for me.
