Vinification Details
Following harvest, the grapes were crushed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at 12-15 degrees C. The wine had lees contact until it was exported to develop body and richer flavours

Perfectly acceptable

Can't understand the bad reviews. This wine is lower alcohol, pleasant tasting and great for an aperitif

Probably one of the worst Sauvingnon Blancs I have had the displeasure to drink. It lacks the flavour you would expect and instead has a bland slightly unpleasant taste
