Cooking Instructions - General. The following are guidelines only. Always ensure the product is piping hot throughout before serving. For best results ovenbake.; Microwave - From Chilled. 800Watt
Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Heat on full power for 3 minutes. Stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid, take care as hot steam may escape. Serve.
Do not re-heat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat oven to 190°C / 375°F / Gas Mark 5. Remove outer packaging, Remove film lid.
Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven, heat for 20 minutes serve.

Too much tomatoes
I am not a kid, but I did not like this product- because of very very small amount of beef and huge amount of tomatoes. :(

Perfect for little ones
My youngest, 3y, has multiple allergies, this meal covered every single base which is very rare! She shared the dish with her 4 year old sister along with some homemade garlic bread, I'd say it's perfectly sized as a whole meal for perhaps 5 to 6y plus? The pasta was tender enough to cut with a fork, the veg was well hidden in the meat and sauce, and the bechamel was delicious, especially for dairy free!

Very good!
I'm an adult with a small appetite so I buy this for the perfect portion. It can be a little spicy at times but it's a very good replacement for a full cheese alternative. The best Kirsty product, if not the best free from product I've eaten so far and I've been trying lots over the last year!
