Far too much seasoning - taste artificial

I'm always trying to get more protein into my toddler's diet, so I was pleased to find these new lentil straws. But there is far too much, very artificial-tasting seasoning on them. My toddler threw them up, and having tasted one myself I can see why. They taste really sugary/vinegary, like site cream and chive flavour crisps for adults. I had to throw them in the bin, which I never do, because I don't believe these are suitable snacks for toddlers and didn't want to inflict them on any of my friends' kids. Avoid.
