Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. For best results oven cook from frozen.
Ensure meal is placed on an appropriate baking tray or plate.
We recommend that you cook from frozen only.
These timings given are a guide only as variations between differing appliances may occur.
The container may soften slightly during cooking but will regain its strength on standing. Care should be taken when removing the film as hot steam may escape from the container.
Ensure the food is piping hot throughout before serving.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove the meal from the carton.
Carefully cut away and remove the film from the Roast Potato compartment.
Pierce the film in the other compartments.
Place in microwave and heat as per instructions below.
Microwave Rating: IEC705 700W, Cook on full Power 12-12 1/2 mins, Leave to stand 1 min
Microwave Rating: IEC705 800W, Cook on full Power 11-11 1/2 mins, Leave to stand 1 min; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat oven to 200°C / 400°F / Gas Mark 6.
Remove the meal from the carton.
Carefully cut away and remove the film from the Roast Potato compartment.
Pierce the film in the other compartments.
Place the meal on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes.
Leave the meal to stand for one minute before serving.
To cook in a fan assisted or combination oven, adjust the cooking time by referring to manufacturer's instructions.

Roast beef dinner
Bought this a couple of weeks ago because I was a little poorly it was very tasty so easy to cook no washing up only critiscism is the vegetables could have been a bit more exciting

I think the gravy is tasty and it is an ideal portion for a small appetite. At the price it is good value, some people seem to expect a large portion, or homecooked quality. For 1.50 you get a good ready meal, just do not expect any more.

Small portions but delicious and cheap too!
Probably the best I've ever tried. Delicious beef, potatoes, gravy and Yorkshire pudding. Didn't care for the vegetables. 4 slices of beef were very small but good quality and not the stringy, fatty, chewy type of beef I've had in other frozen roasts.
