Indian Cooking - Besan
This Besan (Gram Flour) is fine, great to buy when its on offer and I use it often in Indian cooking. Also its convenient to buy it from a main supermarket and delivered too!

Not Pure Besan
Has split yellow peas flour mixed with chick pea flour. Besan flour is supposed to be pure chick pea flour

Great product - but now overpriced.
This is an extremely versatile flour, perfect for those with gluten sensitivity. We have been buying and using KTC Gram flour for a long time as it is the only product suitable for our family. Morrisons have decided to put the 2kg price up from £1.87 ? to £2.47 in one leap. Not acceptable. I shall buy it elsewhere. I was buying at least 2 bags a week from you, not any more.
